- Consultancy Services: Due to the nature of our services, completed consultancy projects cannot be returned. However, clients may raise concerns or request adjustments during the service period as per the signed agreement.
- Handcrafted Products: Physical products may be returned if:
- They are defective, damaged during delivery, or significantly different from the agreed design.
